The repair and servicing information is produced in 19 languages and backed up by more than 40,000 drawings. All information that TOPMOTIVE supplies to users through the VIVID product is based on original manufacturer data. The increasingly important wiring and circuit diagrams for vehicle electricals, electronics and safety systems also originate from the vehicle manufacturers. What is more, both programs feature a workshop management system supplemented by the relevant labour time figures.

TOPMOTIVE provides impressive proof in the shape of the two VIVID products that quality, quantity and topicality can function harmoniously together. In the course of the overall TOPMOTIVE concept, VIVID is the first provider to place its technical database online and integrate all data in the TOPMOTIVE online parts catalogue. A direct link to the VIVID server is quick and easy to set up so that all data can be updated without long-winded procedures. You don't even have to close open programs or interrupt the work you are doing - the active user interface remains as it is and the update runs in the background.

Focus on service, future and development

With VIVID, a TOPMOTIVE product, users do not have to bother with the usual installation, compatibility and updating problems. At regular three-monthly intervals, TOPMOTIVE updates the program data without tying up personnel resources on the PC. What is more, the VIVID systems can be integrated in your own portal.

In the medium term, data media such as CD-ROM and DVD will cease to play a part in the information sector. There are three different modules available at present, all of which feature the following "basic technical information resource":

Commercial vehicles, and especially HGVs, are usually customised to suit the owner/operator's requirements and the particular type of use, and are therefore largely "individual designs". With the VIVID TruckData program supplied by TOPMOTIVE, the repair shop can construct a virtual truck using the various components stored on the system that precisely matches the actual truck with all its individual specifications. This program feature is called "My Truck" and is unique. Not least because the virtual truck configuration with all the technical details can be saved and subsequently retrieved by the workshop when needed.

If detailed information on assemblies or components is required, the VIVID TruckData component database provides a quick search facility. Users can search by component type, vehicle manufacturer or component manufacturer.
